Organic PM is a residential construction and reno company with expertise in drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, roofing and everything in between. Our approach is organic; we seek the simplest solution always to ensure the best outcome every time. Our projects follow the most natural progressions and adapt to clients needs as their ideas for their build grow and change.
We offer our customers a no nonsense solution to their construction needs. We plan projects with our clients with honesty, integrity and real pricing. We do this because our customers’ trust and satisfaction with both the process and the final product is of utmost importance to us. And we deliver on our plans expediently and efficiently. Meet Your Builder
Head and founder of Organic PM, Alun Holland, Entrepreneur, Contractor, Designer, Draftsperson, and Master Carpenter with over 40 years of experience building and renovating homes in Ontario and the GTA. Alun began his career as an indentured apprentice in Coventry England at the age of 16. Under the tutelage of his master, Alun learned not only the intricacies of carpentry, but also the importance of a high standard of work. Ever since then, Alun has operated under the principle that whatever he builds, he does it once, and he does it right. Using the best practices and tools available, when Alun builds something, it not only looks great but is made to last.
With the completion of his apprenticeship at the Age of 20, Alun gained the title Freeman of Coventry. He began work in Coventry where he restored heritage homes, some of them dating back centuries. As was the practice amongst him and his peers, these restorations were flawless. When finished, these homes were not just a facsimile of how they once were, but were virtually indistinguishable in both look and quality.
Alun moved to Canada in 1995 and began offering his services in Ontario shortly thereafter. It was here that he grew his skills beyond carpentry, donning many different hats from foreman, to site supervisor, to project manager, to contractor. Alun Currently oversees operations of Organic PM in The GTA with plans to add south west Ontario into operations.
